Established in 1975, Longreach Travel offers a complete range of corporate travel agency services, working globally with all the leading suppliers for the benefit of our clients. Over the years, our reputation and client base have grown as a result of our focus on serveral key areas of our business: service excellence, the quality of our staff, technology and the range of services we offer. It is the aim of everyone at Longreach Travel to be reliable, efficient, flexible, pro-active , courteous and above all, co-operative in everything we do. We also place great importance on building relationships with our clients, based on a thorough understanding of their requirements and objectives, adapting our skills and experience to provide them with genuinely tailored travel management solutions. Whilst individually these qualities are perhaps not unique, we believe that it is rare to find all of them under one roof, and it is this combination, coupled with rigorous self-assessment and re-evaluation that form the cornerstone of Longreach Travel's fresh approach to business and corporate travel.   

Our clients come from varying sectors of the national and international business community - cosmetics, engineering, interior design, pharmaceuticals, software, professional sports, the arts, management consulting, banking, fund management, the legal professions, charitable organisations, schools, universities and fashion. The majority of them can be categorised as small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), although there is no limit to the size of the companies or organisations we serve.

Recent advances in technology - such as e-ticketing, online booking facilities and electronic itinerary acquisition have meant that geographical proximity to our clients is no longer the factor it was a few years ago; from our premises in Sunbury, we arrange travel for companies based in Glasgow, Manchester, Durham, Exeter and Cardiff, as well as many located in London and the Home Counties.

Our Services

Air Travel

Using cutting edge technology (including the innovative and highly sophisticated global reservations system from Amadeus), we have access to availability and 'published' fares from over 350 airlines. As memebrs of Advantage (the leading consortium of independent travel management companies) and its Business Focus Group, we also have access to literally millions of specially negotiated and exclusive contract fares, meaning that we can obtain substantial savings on published fares for our clients in all classes of travel. These fares are not available from public websites. In addition, we use an internet flight scanner to search for alternative options and the lowest fares from over 50 'low-cost' and 'no-frills' airline websites.  

Hotels and Car Rental

Through a variety of channels, we have access to availability and rates at over 200,000 hotels worldwide (both chains and independent properties), allowing us to build tailored corporate rate hotel programmes for our clients, and in many cases, the ability to negotiate best rate guarantees. Similarly, we work with all the globally recognised car rental companies (as well as a selection of firms at national and local level) and can source the most competitive vehicle rental rates available.
